The Go-to-Market Manager for AI in the APJ region will be responsible for shaping, launching, and scaling monday.com’s AI product portfolio across Asia-Pacific & Japan. This role is central to accelerating monday.com’s next phase of growth by ensuring our AI innovations are delivered to the right customers, with compelling narratives, and with region-specific execution that drives real adoption and value.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of GTM, Product & Industry – APJ, acting as the AI lead for all regional GTM motions. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success, enablement, and global GTM teams to translate AI capabilities into localised use cases, industry stories, and commercial outcomes.
This is a strategic, visible, and high-impact role for someone who understands AI products, SaaS GTM models, and the cultural and commercial nuances of APJ markets.
- 7–10 years’ experience in GTM strategy, AI solution consulting, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience launching or scaling AI/ML products or automation platforms.
- Proven track record driving GTM execution across multiple APJ markets (Japan, ANZ, SEA, India).
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales motions, and AI adoption patterns.
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, compelling product stories.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across global teams.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills; executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (AI/ML experience or advanced degree is a plus).
- Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in the office.
