About the role:

To help achieve our growth goals, we are seeking a GTM Systems & Data Manager to join our team, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you will take ownership of the systems and data that shape our go-to-market strategy and its execution. This will include big-picture architecting of the tools our go-to-market motion relies on, as well as the tactical day-to-day management of those tools and the data produced by them. This role will feature working closely with our sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams.

In this role you will:

  • Manage, optimize, and evolve our existing GTM tech stack, including tools such as Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Marketo, Gong, and Clay
  • Serve as the lead administrator of our Salesforce CRM, aligning its configuration with our sales and marketing processes and ensuring that relevant data from upstream systems is accurately captured within Salesforce
  • Manage integrations across all go-to-market systems and ensure high-quality data is accurately captured and delivered across the stack
  • Help go-to-market teams identify, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes to further enhance go-to-market capabilities
  • Build data models using DBT and Snowflake to aggregate, transform, and analyze go-to-market data from all relevant systems
  • Create reporting to generate actionable insights and tracking
  • Document processes, and serve as the subject-matter expert for GTM systems

You are a good fit it you have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, go-to-market systems, or related roles with direct responsibility for technical systems and data management
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing data/metrics, particularly in SaaS
  • Deep experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and commitment to “showing your work” through good documentation

Bonus points for:

  • Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and data warehouses
  • Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo

Pay range:

  • The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000/yr USD + Equity
