The Job
The GTM Systems Manager is the strategic owner of our go-to-market technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and integrated tools (Ironclad, Gong, Klue, 6sense, HubSpot, and future platforms) enable our revenue strategy. This role translates GTM business requirements into systems strategy, manages vendor relationships, partners with our Salesforce Administrator on technical execution, and ensures cross-functional stakeholders have the systems, data, and automation they need to execute efficiently.

- GTM Systems Strategy & Roadmap (25%)
- Own the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing enhancements based on revenue impact and business needs
- Partner with VP, Revenue Strategy & Operations to ensure systems architecture supports GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Software Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between GTM systems work and downstream workflows and data requirements
- Requirements Gathering & Business Partnership (20%)
- Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements and user stories for Salesforce Administrator
- Prioritize competing requests and manage expectations across teams
- Ensure requirements align with Salesforce and vendor platform best practices
- Serve as primary GTM business contact for Salesforce Administrators
- GTM Systems Administration & Optimization (20%)
- Manage inbound GTM systems request queue, prioritize work, and adhere to SLAs
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all GTM systems
- Design and implement workflows and automation that improve GTM efficiency
- Optimize existing integrations based on usage and feedback
- Maintain system documentation including process guides and architecture diagrams
- Vendor & Integration Management (15%)
- Coordinate vendor implementations and ensure integration success
- Define integration requirements, data flows, and field mappings
- Partner with Salesforce Administrator on technical integration execution
- Reporting & Analytics Support (10%)
- Partner with Revenue Operations Analysts on reporting requirements
- Ensure systems architecture supports reporting needs in Salesforce and BI tools
- Build and maintain for GTM leadership
- Provide data and insights on system usage and productivity impact
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains based on data
- Training & Change Management Support (10%)
- Create system documentation and user guides
- Partner with Sales Enablement on training for new tools and system changes
- Drive adoption of new systems and workflows
- Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders
Skills You'd Have
- This is what we're looking for:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and common GTM integrations
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, 6sense, Klue, or similar platforms
- Understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and system architecture
- Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Salesforce reports/dashboards, Sigma, BI platforms)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, customer success)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage expectations
- Systems thinking—ability to design for scale, efficiency, and future growth
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Experience You’ll Need
- 5+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration or business analyst experience
- Proven track record implementing and managing GTM tech stacks (CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, etc.)
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
Experience That’s a Plus
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst Certification
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or contract management systems (Ironclad, DocuSign)
- Experience in renewable energy, B2B SaaS, or similar industries
- Understanding of sales methodologies and revenue operations best practices
