Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a GTM Systems & Productivity manager to bring discipline, clarity, and continuous improvement to how our revenue organization operates. As Eleos scales, our technology ecosystem and workflows must operate as a cohesive system. Today, tools, integrations, and cross-functional programs are not always managed with clear ownership or operational rigor. This role exists to change that. You will be responsible for evaluating, improving, and rationalizing the systems and workflows that support our Sales organization and broader GTM motion.

This role is proactive, not reactive. You will bring structured improvement proposals, challenge inefficiencies, and ensure our technology investments drive measurable revenue outcomes.

What You Will Own

GTM Systems Health & Roadmap

  • Create and maintain a clear view of the GTM systems ecosystem (ownership, integrations, usage, cost, effectiveness)
  • Develop and drive a systems improvement roadmap
  • Partner with GTM Operations, LOB stakeholders, and technical resources to implement changes

Tool Rationalization & Optimization

  • Identify tool redundancy, underutilization, and tech stack creep
  • Recommend consolidation and simplification strategies
  • Reduce operational drag and increase clarity

Workflow & Integration Clarity

  • Analyze end-to-end workflows (prospecting, deal execution, onboarding, renewal)
Identify friction points and integration gaps
  • Ensure systems enable execution rather than create confusion

Adoption & Accountability

  • Define adoption standards and usage metrics for GTM tools and programs
Provide visibility to leaders on performance and outcomes
  • Ensure systems and initiatives drive measurable impact

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing Operations, and LOB stakeholders
  • Ensure systems and programs operate cohesively and efficiently
  • Drive alignment while functional teams retain ownership

What This Role Is Not

  • Does not own Salesforce administration
  • Does not own forecasting governance
  • Does not design enablement content
  • Does not manage sellers

Instead, this role:

  • Owns system discipline across GTM
  • Drives workflow optimization
  • Improves productivity across the revenue organization

Experience

  • 5–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Growth Programs, or Business Operations in a scaling SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience evaluating and improving complex GTM tech ecosystems (including Salesforce and adjacent tools)
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improved revenue performance, streamlined workflows, reduced tool redundancy, or strengthened integrations
  • Strong partnership across Sales, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Data teams
  • Experience managing enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Skills & Strengths

  • Systems thinker who understands how tools, workflows, and teams connect across the revenue lifecycle
  • Analytical and performance-oriented; measures impact via productivity, cycle time, adoption, and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, integrations, data flow, and process design
  • Ability to translate operational complexity into structured improvement plans
  • Strong program leadership and execution discipline
Operates with accountability, curiosity, rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
We have

  • A product that positively impacts people's lives every single day.
  • A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
  • The base pay range for this position is $130,000-150,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • In addition to your compensation, we offer wide and generous health benefits, significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
  • Flexible PTO + Additional mental health days off you can take any given moment simply because you need them.
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
