Detailed Job Description:
Strong proficiency Workforce Management HCM in retail. Other industries an added advantage. In Depth Knowledge on Workforce Management Products with working experience on multiple packages. Specialized knowledge on one package should also suffice. Strong Solution led Consulting capabilities to drive Package evaluation and Roadmap definitions exercises for Workforce Programs. Should have strong labor modeling, labor management, labor cost optimization process understanding and ability to provide

Education/ Certifications (Required): Engineering
