3Commas is hiring a Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our global affiliate marketing program, grow partner-driven acquisition, and drive revenue through high-impact collaborations with influencers, educators, and community leaders.
In this strategic role, you’ll own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from strategy and onboarding to activation and optimization. You’ll develop performance-focused partnerships across key markets (with priority on the US), build strong partner relationships, and align affiliate efforts with broader marketing and product campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Affiliate Strategy & Growth
Define and execute a global affiliate strategy focused on acquiring paying users and revenue growth.
Identify and prioritize target markets, audience segments, and partnership models, with a strong focus on the US.
Design and optimize commission structures tailored to various affiliate types—from YouTubers and educators to KOLs and content creators.
Partner Acquisition & Program Scaling
Drive affiliate acquisition through outreach, events, partner platforms (e.g. Impact, PartnerStack), and industry communities.
Build a strategic network of high-performing partners and streamline onboarding, enablement, and activation processes.
Automate partner onboarding, training, and support to ensure early success and long-term retention.
Relationship Management & Enablement
Develop scalable systems for partner engagement: updates, promotions, webinars, campaigns, and feedback loops.
Tailor strategies for top affiliates, offering exclusive incentives, custom tracking, and hybrid commission models.
Continuously refine partner journeys based on data and qualitative feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate affiliate efforts with brand, content, product, and growth teams.
Ensure readiness for launches, updates, and campaigns with affiliate-specific assets and timelines.
Improve infrastructure—dashboards, tracking, UTM management, reporting, and communication flows.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Implement a robust tracking and analytics system for affiliate performance: clicks, registrations, conversions, LTV, ROI.
Lead A/B testing, analyze CAC vs payback, and optimize based on metrics and performance patterns.
Scale high-impact formats such as video tutorials, reviews, co-branded pages, and platform comparisons.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth (crypto, fintech, SaaS, or B2C tech).
- Proven success in building or scaling revenue-focused affiliate programs—especially in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, FirstPromoter, or Tune.
- Experience managing a range of partners: influencers, educators, niche publishers, and macro creators.
- Skilled in performance modeling: CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, ROI tracking, payout optimization.
- Strong relationship-building and community management skills for affiliate engagement and support.
- Hands-on with affiliate analytics, attribution tools, UTM systems, and campaign testing.
- Comfortable working across time zones and with legal/finance for partner operations.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and copywriting skills for affiliate kits and partner content.
