3Commas is hiring a Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our global affiliate marketing program, grow partner-driven acquisition, and drive revenue through high-impact collaborations with influencers, educators, and community leaders.

In this strategic role, you’ll own the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle—from strategy and onboarding to activation and optimization. You’ll develop performance-focused partnerships across key markets (with priority on the US), build strong partner relationships, and align affiliate efforts with broader marketing and product campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Strategy & Growth
Define and execute a global affiliate strategy focused on acquiring paying users and revenue growth.
Identify and prioritize target markets, audience segments, and partnership models, with a strong focus on the US.
Design and optimize commission structures tailored to various affiliate types—from YouTubers and educators to KOLs and content creators.

Partner Acquisition & Program Scaling
Drive affiliate acquisition through outreach, events, partner platforms (e.g. Impact, PartnerStack), and industry communities.
Build a strategic network of high-performing partners and streamline onboarding, enablement, and activation processes.
Automate partner onboarding, training, and support to ensure early success and long-term retention.

Relationship Management & Enablement
Develop scalable systems for partner engagement: updates, promotions, webinars, campaigns, and feedback loops.
Tailor strategies for top affiliates, offering exclusive incentives, custom tracking, and hybrid commission models.
Continuously refine partner journeys based on data and qualitative feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate affiliate efforts with brand, content, product, and growth teams.
Ensure readiness for launches, updates, and campaigns with affiliate-specific assets and timelines.
Improve infrastructure—dashboards, tracking, UTM management, reporting, and communication flows.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
Implement a robust tracking and analytics system for affiliate performance: clicks, registrations, conversions, LTV, ROI.
Lead A/B testing, analyze CAC vs payback, and optimize based on metrics and performance patterns.
Scale high-impact formats such as video tutorials, reviews, co-branded pages, and platform comparisons.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth (crypto, fintech, SaaS, or B2C tech).
  • Proven success in building or scaling revenue-focused affiliate programs—especially in the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, FirstPromoter, or Tune.
  • Experience managing a range of partners: influencers, educators, niche publishers, and macro creators.
  • Skilled in performance modeling: CPA, revenue share, hybrid models, ROI tracking, payout optimization.
  • Strong relationship-building and community management skills for affiliate engagement and support.
  • Hands-on with affiliate analytics, attribution tools, UTM systems, and campaign testing.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with legal/finance for partner operations.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and copywriting skills for affiliate kits and partner content.
We Offer:
  • Flexible work options: offices in Tallinn, Barcelona, or remote
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Competitive salary based on experience and results
  • Training and exposure to the fast-evolving world of crypto trading
  • A key role in scaling one of the most impactful growth channels at 3Commas

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
