About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned GTM Strategy & Operations leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise business growth through strategic and operational expertise. In this role, you will define and execute a clear vision for a world-class go-to-market strategy, identify gaps, and build a cohesive framework as our business scales upmarket. Your work will ensure seamless alignment across GTM strategies, leveraging your ability to integrate insights across channels, optimize operations, systematize data-driven decision-making, and deliver impactful reporting to senior stakeholders. Your team will accelerate business outcomes by evaluating, planning, and executing high-priority initiatives, including Pricing Strategy, Sales Pipeline Models, Sales Forecasting, and Sales Compensation frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with the GTM Leadership Team and cross-functional partners—including Data, Deal, and Finance teams—to drive growth and scale the GTM organization effectively.
This fully remote role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
What you will do at JasperLead GTM Operations & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in collaboration with GTM senior leadership and cross-functional teams like Data and Finance, as we move to an Enterprise account-based motion.
Sales & Partner Pipeline Development: Design and own robust pipeline models to recommend and measure the flow of leads and opportunities through the sales funnel and across our market segments. Deliver regular insights to optimize performance and strategic direction, and drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Pricing: Lead the design and execution of a sales-led pricing strategy, optimizing for both customer value and company revenue growth.
Forecasting: Establish and refine sales and partner forecasting models to deliver reliable predictions and insights that help in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Sales Compensation: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market standards.
Executive-Level Reporting: Provide key insights and recommendations to relevant members of the Executive Team. Lead presentations and strategic discussions on pipeline and future growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with GTM functions, Product, Growth, Data, and Finance teams to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless communication and effective execution.
15+ years of experience in strategic operations, with significant expertise in Enterprise SaaS environments.
Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies in high-growth companies.
Expertise in designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pipeline development, and multi-touch attribution systems in a B2B/SaaS environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills, translating insights into strategic actions that drive business performance.
Strong self-starter who operates proactively with a high attention to detail, and strong communication skills
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $260,000 - $290,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
