📐 About this role

We are driving a bold vision to help companies dream big & build fast with Agentic AI.  To realize our vision and support our global customers, we are launching a new Partner Program this year and are looking for an ambitious; detail-oriented and experienced leader.

You’ll have the ability to shape our program vision, partner incentives, define commercial licensing models and identify the operational tools and systems that will create a scalable foundation. You’ll work on hard problems that require strategic creativity, rigorous execution, executive-level influence and deep relationship building both inside Writer and with our Partner ecosystem. Finally, we expect you to build and then manage your P&L.

If you’re passionate about building programs that drive a HUGE impact - both technical and commercial value — we want to hear from you! This role will report to the SVP, partnerships and ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a clear vision: Craft a compelling vision for Writer’s global partner program that aligns with our broader company and GTM objectives. Your vision will guide our efforts and inspire both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Design and launch impactful programs: Develop and launch programs with clear requirements and meaningful incentives that drive engagement, behavior, and measurable results. Your programs will be the foundation of our partner success.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams (marketing; legal; operations; sales) and external partners to co-design and operationalize programs and processes that ensure partner success. Your ability to collaborate will be key to our collective success.

  • Support GTM, marketing, and sales: Partner with our go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams to launch co-marketing initiatives, create joint value propositions, and co-selling opportunities. Your strategic insights will help us maximize the impact of our partnerships.

  • Drive partner-facing materials: Create and manage partner-facing materials and internal documentation, including program guides, benefits summaries, rules of engagement, and enablement content. Your attention to detail will ensure that all materials are clear, concise, and effective.

  • Manage the full partner journey: Oversee the entire partner journey, from onboarding and activation to ongoing support and expansion. Your focus on delivering a seamless and value-driven experience will be crucial to our success.

  • Lead the feedback loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop from both partners and internal stakeholders. Use this feedback to continuously evolve our program roadmap and meet the evolving needs of our business and partners.

  • Establish performance tracking: Set up and maintain performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine our offerings.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in Partner programs and operations, Channel/Alliances, Business development, or Ecosystem strategy—ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.

  • Team builder: A dedicated team builder, collaborator, and leader who can inspire and guide both internal and external teams.

  • Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market programs that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.

  • Strategic thinking: Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.

  • Strong communicator: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; a highly effective influencer who can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Data-driven mindset: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics, dashboards, and insights to inform continuous program optimization.

  • Go-do mentality: We are doers here at Writer. We move fast, we prioritize and we need someone that won’t allow perfection to get in the way of action.

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with partner relationship tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms, LMS tools).

Why join Writer:

  • Impactful work: You’ll have the opportunity to create content and programs that truly resonate with our partners and drive meaningful results.

  • Growth opportunities: We’re committed to your professional development and offer opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • Dynamic culture: Join a team of passionate and creative individuals who are dedicated to making a difference.

  • Flexible environment: We offer a flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.

  • Partner-first organization: Writer has partnered with the leading organizations such as Accenture, AWS, Adobe, Salesforce and more.

If you’re ready to join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s create something amazing together.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
