As the Leader of the Partner Sales Management team, you will manage a team of Partner Sales Managers and be accountable for growing our partner-originated pipeline, as well as driving the deep integration of our field and partner sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our partners and customers.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Partner Sales managers across key segments
  • Pipeline Management: Own the pipeline for partner-originated business, including cross functional engagement with field teams.
  • Leverage Partner Capacity: Utilize the strengths and capabilities of focus partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Pipeline Creation: Collaborate with field sales teams to develop and execute strategies that create a robust mutual partner originated pipeline.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment between partner and Atlassian's GTM strategies to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with partners and internal field teams to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner sales efforts.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in partner an field sales leadership, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline, and leveraging a predictable sales process

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $234,900 - $306,675
Zone B: $211,500 - $276,125
Zone C: $195,300 - $254,975
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
