As Head of Marketing – Financial Products (Card, Earn & Travel), you will own the marketing strategy and commercial growth of GoMining's financial products portfolio beyond mining.

You will define how these products are positioned, launched, and scaled globally while maximizing cross-sell opportunities across the GoMining ecosystem.

This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue growth, product adoption, and portfolio expansion. You will work closely with Product, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and executive leadership to build a scalable go-to-market function for our non-core products.


Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Growth
  • Define and execute the marketing strategy for GoMining's non-core product portfolio.
  • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for products such as GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Travel, Rewards, and future financial services.
  • Prioritize product launches, growth initiatives, and marketing investments across the portfolio.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities between products.
Go-to-Market
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop customer segmentation and messaging tailored to different audiences and markets.
  • Coordinate launch execution across Product, Marketing, Design, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ensure consistent customer communication across all channels.
Commercial Performance
  • Own the commercial funnel together with Acquisition, CRM, Retention, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, cross-sell, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Finance on pricing strategy, unit economics, and commercial planning.
  • Define KPIs and measure marketing performance across the portfolio.
Partnerships & Growth Programs
  • Develop and scale partnership, referral, and co-marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners on joint campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify new growth channels and partnership opportunities.
Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Align Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, SEO, Community, and Product Marketing around shared business objectives.
  • Build scalable marketing processes and execution frameworks.
  • Mentor senior marketers and influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience marketing multiple products within a single portfolio.
  • Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, cards, wallets, lending, wealth management, or similar financial products.
  • Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of funnel economics, pricing, CAC, LTV, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience building partnership, referral, or co-marketing programs.
  • Ability to balance commercial growth with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in high-growth technology companies.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in crypto, Bitcoin, Web3, or digital assets.
  • Experience scaling B2C financial products across multiple international markets.
  • Experience launching products across the US, Europe, UAE, LATAM, or APAC.
  • Experience with loyalty programs, rewards, subscription products, or investment platforms.
