 About

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team. This team is responsible for ensuring Lokalise wins in the market — crafting the stories that resonate with buyers, enabling our sales teams to close deals, and ensuring our positioning reflects our ambition as the full language platform for global businesses. You will lead the Product Marketing function at a pivotal moment in our evolution, working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing.

 What You Will Do
  • Own Lokalise's product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy — translating platform capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise and mid-market buyers.
  • Lead the launch strategy for major product releases, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure each launch creates maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain our ICP, buyer personas, and competitive intelligence, ensuring the go-to-market team is equipped with sharp, current market knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality suite of sales enablement assets — pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides — that are actively used and valued by the sales team.
  • Partner with the Marketing Lead to shape Lokalise's industry narrative and category positioning, contributing to analyst briefings and thought leadership.
  • Manage the Analyst Relations and own our relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring our positioning translates into meaningful recognition.
  • Work closely with the Head of Content & Brand to ensure product stories are woven into our content and brand programmes.
  • Report to the Marketing Lead and serve as a key strategic partner to Product Leadership.
 You Must Have
  • Demonstrated experience in senior product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with ownership of positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Experience leading product launches end-to-end, from strategy through to execution and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to craft narratives that resonate with both technical and business buyers at enterprise level.
  • You have worked on a platform product with multiple use cases and distinct buyer personas—including technical audiences (developers/CTOs) and business decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise and mid-market SaaS buying process — from awareness through to multi-stakeholder evaluation.
  • Experience developing competitive intelligence programmes and translating insights into sales enablement.
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
It's a Plus If You Have
  • You have experience in the localization, AI, or content technology markets.
  • You have directly influenced analyst coverage (Gartner, Forrester) as part of a GTM programme.
  • You have experience managing and developing a product marketing team.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
