The Head of Rewards, US is responsible for leading the design, governance, and delivery of Nebius’ total rewards programs across the United States. This role ensures that our compensation, equity, benefits, and performance frameworks are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our rapid business expansion in the US market.
As a senior member of the global Rewards leadership team, you will bring deep local market expertise to adapt and evolve global reward strategies for the US, while maintaining alignment with company-wide principles and frameworks.

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, you will partner closely with US business leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure our reward offerings effectively attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive environment. You will also contribute to the evolution of global reward strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on US market dynamics and emerging trends.


Key responsibilities

US Rewards Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Lead the development and execution of the US rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and talent priorities.
  • Continuously assess external market competitiveness across compensation, equity, and benefits using benchmarking data and market intelligence.
  • Translate global reward principles into locally relevant programs that reflect US market expectations and regulatory requirements 
  • Ensure all reward programs are compliant with US federal and state regulations.

Compensation & Performance Programs

  • Own the delivery of core compensation cycles including merit reviews, promotions, and bonus programs for the US population.
  • Ensure robust governance, calibration, and consistency in compensation decisions across business units.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to drive a high-performance culture through effective pay-for-performance frameworks.

Equity & Long-Term Incentives

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing evolution of equity programs in the US, ensuring competitiveness in a fast-moving talent market. 
  • Provide guidance to senior leaders on equity allocation, retention strategies, and offer structuring. 
  • Partner with global teams to refine equity design and ensure alignment with overall company strategy

Benefits & Total Rewards Offering

  • Oversee US benefits strategy and delivery, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs. 
  • Collaborate with the global benefits team to ensure consistency of philosophy while adapting to local market standards.
  • Evaluate and enhance the overall employee value proposition through integrated rewards design
Key/specific qualifications, knowledge & experiences
  • Significant experience leading Rewards / Compensation in the US, ideally within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
  • Deep knowledge of US compensation practices, including base pay, bonus structures, and equity programs.
  • Strong understanding of US benefits landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • Experience operating within a global matrix organization is highly preferred.
