About the role

Bloom Growth is seeking a Head of Strategic Marketing and Brand to shape how we show up in the world, strengthen our brand identity, and position us as the leading Growth Operating System for entrepreneurial organizations. This senior leader will refine our long-term marketing direction, clarify our audiences, and elevate our narrative to ensure it resonates with growth-minded businesses and the entrepreneurial coaches who support them.

What you'll do
  • Provide leadership-level insight and perspective as a strategic advisor within the Bloom Growth Leadership Team
  • Refine Bloom Growth’s long-term marketing roadmap, including audience focus, brand priorities, and key opportunities for growth
  • Build and sustain a unified narrative that connects growth clients and entrepreneurial coaches
  • Lead the optimization and governance of Bloom Growth’s brand identity system (voice, visuals, messaging standards)
  • Identify high-ROI audiences, channels, and forums to maximize brand reach and influence
  • Direct PR, communications, and thought leadership efforts to increase visibility and secure meaningful speaking opportunities
  • Ensure our lead-generation engine delivers consistent results through strong strategy, brand visibility, and market positioning
  • Lead, develop, and coach the marketing team to operate as a high-performing, insight-driven function
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align messaging and the customer experience
  • Use market research and analytics to inform strategic decisions and evaluate effectiveness
  • Manage agency partnerships as strategic extensions of the team
  • Oversee marketing budgets to ensure intentional investment and ROI accountability
  • Partner with Product leadership to connect market insights with long-term product direction
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive-level marketing role
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, brand management, and market positioning
  • Experience leading PR, communications, or thought leadership efforts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and business acumen
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Preferred:
  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Experience in SaaS, Growth Operating Systems, or technology-enabled service organizations
  • Leadership experience on a cross-functional executive team
  • Experience unifying brand strategy across multiple business units
  • Experience with EOS, Pinnacle, Scaling Up, or similar business operating systems
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable CRM/automation platforms
Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000–$170,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.

Location Eligibility

This role is open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York. Bloom Growth™ adjusts compensation based on geographic market data to maintain internal equity.
