About The Mobile-First Company

Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.

We’re changing that.

We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.

Our first product, Allô, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.

Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.

We’ve raised 5 million euros from Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, and soon Miami.

The Mobile-First Company is hiring a Head of Strategy & Operations to build the systems behind our revenue and make sure the machine runs.

You’ll work directly with the founder, fix what’s missing, and turn raw demand into real growth.

Why this role matters

We have thousands of new users every month. We’re investing in growth across content, paid, and sales, but we don’t yet have the systems in place to turn that activity into predictable revenue.

This role is about making sure the revenue machine works by bringing structure, tracking, and execution across the board from first touch to conversion to retention.

If you’re sharp, fast, and ready to take ownership, this is your chance to build something real and help us scale what already works.

What you'll do
  • Own revenue systems across acquisition, activation, and churn.

  • Build dashboards to track spend, conversion, and performance.

  • Improve trial conversion and make sure onboarding process actually work.

  • Set up CRM flows to track sales, support, and churn.

  • Forecast MRR, track targets, and work closely with the founder on budgets.

  • Bring structure and speed to the Sales, Growth, and Paid teams.

  • Connect product feedback to the revenue team and close the loop.

  • Help onboard and support new sales and activation hires.

  • Keep the machine running, even when priorities shift every week.

  • Take pressure off the founder by solving problems fast, updating internal systems without being asked.

What we're looking for
  • You’ve worked in fast-paced teams like Revolut, Rocket, or an early-stage startup.

  • You’ve been at McKinsey, BCG, or a similar firm and now want to execute, not just advise.

  • You’re strong with tools like Notion, Sheets, Hubspot, Zapier, and Retool.

  • You understand how mobile SaaS grows, from paid campaigns to trial to revenue.

  • You’re comfortable owning dashboards, tracking CAC, churn, and activation.

  • You move fast, solve problems on your own, and don’t wait for permission.

  • You don’t get stuck in meetings or long docs. You fix things and ship.

  • You can work directly with the founder and help bring clarity, not noise.

  • You’re not looking for a title. You’re looking to build something real.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary (in USD or local equivalent)

  • Equity package

  • Fully remote, with offices in Paris, Buenos Aires, and soon Miami

  • 10-day team retreats abroad every quarter

  • 30-day onboarding in Paris (we cover flights and housing)

  • Laptop and work setup of your choice

  • Private health insurance (for US or LATAM hires)

  • Option to work from a coworking space if needed

  • A tight, ambitious team building something real — fast

We’re not remote-only. We expect you to come to the office a few days a week, or a few weeks every few months. Most of the team rotates.

The official language is English. Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French.
