About The Role
  • Define and lead monday.com’s global web strategy end-to-end
  • from vision and definition through execution — ensuring alignment with company goals, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Own the strategy, hierarchy, and evolution of our flagship homepage.
  • You will be the strategic lead for our most critical touchpoint, ensuring it perfectly balances brand storytelling, product clarity, and high-conversion paths.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
  • You will lead the Web Experience roadmap by translating company goals and GTM strategies into a prioritized execution plan, rooted in user insights and data-driven intuition.
  • Drive growth initiatives that increase conversion rates, enhance the user experience, and elevate our messaging through continuous optimization and experimentation.
  • Lead the strategic alignment between Brand, SEO, Acquisition, and Product. You will serve as the central orchestrator, ensuring that diverse departmental goals translate into one high-quality, frictionless, and consistent user journey across the entire site."
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and AI-powered workflows to revolutionize how we build pages. Focus on streamlining production and implementing hyper-personalized experiences that scale across our global web presence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in web strategy and brand planning.
  • You have a proven ability to translate high-level brand narratives into high-performing, impactful web experiences for global companies.
  • Complexity to simplicity: A strong background in brand strategy with a unique ability to take a complex, multi-layered product and distill it into a simple, intuitive, and human-centric web journey.
  • Leadership experience: 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring team leads. You know how to develop talent and drive a team toward a shared strategic vision.
  • Cross-functional mastery: Proven ability to lead and influence hybrid teams (Content, Design, Dev, Product, Data). You speak their languages fluently and know how to provide the guardrails for them to succeed.
  • Execution-minded strategy: An insight-driven thinker who balances long-term strategic vision with a hands-on, data-backed approach to execution.
  • Experience with PLG or SLG models in a fast-paced, global environment.
