About the Role

We are seeking a Remote HR Assistant to support our People Operations team and help create an exceptional employee experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Supporting compliance and policy administration
  • Managing HR systems and data accuracy
  • Assisting with employee engagement programs and special projects

  • Experience in human resources, administration, recruiting, or operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with office productivity software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Target Compensation Range

$85,000 – $120,000 + performance bonus

Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
