Serve as a strategic HR leader partnering with executives to align HR strategy with business goals. Lead and mentor HR team, manage employee relations, design compensation and benefits, develop compliant HR policies, drive change management, and improve employee engagement and culture.

Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the HR department.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure HR initiatives complement overall organizational strategies.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
Handle complex employee relations issues and conflicts.
Proactively address workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Strategic Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and review compensation and benefits strategies.
Ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct audits to ensure HR policies are consistently applied.
Change Management:
Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives.
Facilitate communication and engagement during periods of change.
Implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement:
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Develop and implement programs that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Measure and analyze employee feedback to improve HR strategies continuously.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Extensive experience in senior HR roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
