 POSITION SUMMARY:

Sr. Human Resources Generalist supports HR function and is primarily responsible for administering and
handling tasks within all HR Operations-related activities. This role reports to the Associate Director of HR
Operations and Benefits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting
research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
Coordinate, clarify, and manage procedures for manual processes, including onboarding, offboarding,
termination, HRBP support, etc.
Identify automation opportunities and enhancements for daily processing/ requests
Manage HR Coordinator resources in response to employee questions
Streamline intranet information for employee benefits, promote self service
Create/ document common HRIS processes/ procedures, enable/ train team to use self-service options
Assist in providing real-time feedback/ input for new HRIS platform implementation
Assist in implementing human resources programs by participating in human resources services,
including employment processing, records management, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO
compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing
time and cost issues; preparing reports.
Manage, process, and verify data integrity for contractor onboarding (Domestic and International).
Assist in administration of international time off plans.
Work with stakeholders on ongoing international contractor strategies
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation;
anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Proven HR Generalist experience in:
Benefits Administration
Onboarding and strong New Hire Orientation presentation skills
Maintaining Employee Files
Resolving Conflict
HRIS and G-Suite learning agility

International contract work administration

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
