Job Title: HR Intern
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Work from India (Remote)
Shift Timing: Fixed UK Shift (6 hours/day)

Role Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will play an active role in recruitment, campus outreach, and partnership development. You will work closely with our team to hire the right talent, build relationships with educational institutions, and ensure smooth onboarding and process execution for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Post internship and job openings on multiple platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles.
Hire college students and Campus Ambassadors .
Recruit sales interns from various colleges and universities for business growth.
2. Partnership & Outreach
Partner with universities, colleges, and student communities.
Build and maintain relationships with campus representatives and community leaders.
3. Onboarding & Coordination
Schedule and conduct meetings with candidates, partners, and internal teams.
Onboard new hires into their respective roles.
Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth integration into the team.
4. Team & Process Management
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Monitor progress and track deliverables.
Assist in processing task-based payments.
