Torq is looking for our first HR manager to work with our US team who will have the privilege to help create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and comfortable. This role includes employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development and compliance. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with leadership to ensure our team aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-scale organization, preferably in the tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations and HR best practices.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

This is a remote position based in the Eastern Time Zone of the US.
