About Tribe AI:

At Tribe, we’re on a mission to help enterprises realize the value of AI for their business. Today, every large enterprise wants to use AI to transform its business, but they often lack the capabilities to do so. At Tribe, we see this gap as our opportunity.

Tribe is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build best-in-class AI products that matter for their business. One of the unique aspects of Delivery at Tribe is that we staff our projects from a network of 600+ specialized AI engineers and product builders, rather than a traditional W2 workforce. This approach allows us to tap into a pool of top-tier talent from leading Tech companies, and build teams specifically for the needs of each project. By avoiding the constraints of a traditional bench model, we ensure differentiated customer outcomes with a model that can scale up with market demand.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our AI Platform team. In this pivotal internal-facing role, you will ensure that every project build leverages our platform capabilities to dramatically increase margin and quality across our organization. You will be the driving force behind our platform strategy, working closely with project teams to maximize platform adoption and continuously improve our AI capabilities.`

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect to Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with sales teams to understand upcoming project needs, prioritize and align platform capabilities with market demands, and drive value propositions that streamline deal conversion.
  • Co-pilot Support: Partner directly with active project teams through 1:1 pairing sessions to provide platform expertise and ensure optimal implementation
  • Collect Feedback & Measure Impact: Be on top of and track key metrics to quantify the platform's value, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the platform experience
  • Consume Features Back into Platform: Identify successful project-specific implementations that can be standardized and incorporated into the core platform
  • ROI Projections: Develop and maintain comprehensive ROI models demonstrating the business value of platform adoption across projects
  • Platform Reliability: Drive production reliability and serve as first line of defense by leading issue triage, coordinating resolution with engineering teams, communicating with affected clients, and incorporating reliability learnings into platform roadmap

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful technical products
  • User obsessed - willing to spend as much time as needed with your users to fully understand what is working well, what isn't, and to collect the best feedback (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Passion for user-centric product development and solving real-world challenges through innovative solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements
  • Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products or APIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Prior experience in Platform Product Management and impact measurement using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data
  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term platform vision
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization

Why Join Us:

  • Strategic Impact: Drive platform adoption that directly influences company profitability and project quality
  • Technical Excellence: Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and help shape the future of our technical capabilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams across the organization to drive platform success
  • Innovation-First Environment: Join a culture where creative problem-solving and continuous improvement are core to our DNA
  • Professional Growth: Accelerate your career in a high-growth environment where you'll have the autonomy to implement your vision and the support to succeed

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
