The Human Resources (HR) Associate provides administrative and operational support to the HR department while assisting with HR programs, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance initiatives. This role serves as a key contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and processes are applied accurately and efficiently. The HR Associate often acts as a bridge between HR leadership and staff, supporting daily operations and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on internal and external platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications for basic qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation
