This employer is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their local operations and shape the people strategy behind their next phase of growth. What You’ll Do
- Advise and partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals, supporting performance, engagement, and retention.
- Coach and support employees while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and legal standards.
- Lead key HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Drive process improvements and ensure HR policy consistency to support scalability and a strong employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in tech or fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to coach managers and support employee relations effectively
- Track record of driving HR initiatives that improve engagement and performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
