Be an integrated member of our HR team, participating in key projects and contributing your voice and efforts to move key initiatives forward. Gain experience with hands-on application of HR best practices while you work closely with the HR team on a variety of impactful projects. The HR internship will provide exposure to important focus areas that can help improve the effectiveness of the HR team and provide the intern exposure to a range of HR specialties.

- Job analysis and job description creation
- A job description gives an employee a clear and concise resource to be used as a guide for job performance, compensation analysis, and career pathing. Assist in job analysis, documentation, and implementation of a consistent job description format for all positions and job families.
- Employee Benefits
- The benefits package is a central part of employee total rewards. Gain experience with the annual benefits renewal process, billing process, and general benefits administration.
- Employee Files
- Employee personnel files serve as a centralized, confidential record that helps manage employment history, and support fair, well‑documented workplace decisions. Assist in auditing employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Event Planning
- Company events help build connections and community, create shared experiences, and reinforce culture. Help plan in person and virtual events to connect our distributed team members.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as human resources management, business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and growing in the field of human resources
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the organization.
