We are looking for a IBM Cloud Architect to work across a multi-cloud environment delivering existing and new cloud offerings for a new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment.
You will be working alongside several other Cloud Architects focused on Azure, AWS, Google and Oracle OCI. Its going to be a great team!

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

This Cloud Architect will be expected to:
- Serve as IBM commercial cloud subject matter expert.
- Serve as technical expert for IBM C2E cloud.
- Any Oracle Cloud experience is a plus
- Provide expert-level technical advice and support on cloud architecture, services, operations, hosting, virtual machine computing, GPUs, storage, database, security, other cloud services and features, account structure, provisioning, raw billing data and formats, and FinOps.
- Support all functional teams with technical expertise and in problem resolution as needed.
- Provide expertise cloud cybersecurity, cloud architecture, tools, containers, availability zones, resiliency, load balancers, network connectivity, automation, cross-integration, application development, and other features.
- Apply SMARTS-based DevSecOps methodologies to support CSP.
- Support outreach activities and vendor meetings.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and CSI process improvements for cloud.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- IBM Certified Advanced Architect Certification or Equivalent
- Security+, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience working in Cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in the implementation of cloud technologies, including AWS
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with Terraform
- Ability to serve as Cloud SME
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field of study
- Experience managing and optimizing databases on AWS, including RDS and DynamoDB
- Experience programming in Python for automation and scripting tasks
- Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party APIs
