About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. Millions of individuals use ElevenLabs to read articles, voice over their videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. And the leading developers and enterprises use ElevenLabs to create Conversational AI agents for support, sales, and education.

ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing ElevenLabs at $3.3 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with continued support from the leading names in tech, including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Oculus VR co-founder Brendan Iribe, DeepMind and Inflection co-founder Mustafa Suleyman, and many others.

ElevenLabs is only 2 years old and scaling rapidly. We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and have an incredible impact, we would love to hear from you.

How we work
  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. We are remote first with optional in-person offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What we offer
  • Learning & development: Annual discretionary stipend towards professional development.

  • Social travel: Annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: We bring the entire company together at a new location every year.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly coworking stipend.

We’re hiring for Impact Operations. Help shape the next phase of the ElevenLabs Impact Program by reviewing nonprofit applications, selecting partners, and supporting them with our technology. You’ll work with PR to share powerful use cases, lead outreach to education and culture orgs, and refine operational workflows to scale our impact.

  • Drive outreach to mission-driven organizations in the education and culture sectors and select recipients for annual voice tech licenses.
Collaborate with PR and comms teams to craft compelling partner stories
, high-impact case studies, and engaging copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and internal updates.

  • Represent the organization at events and trade shows, supporting logistics and engaging with stakeholders on the ground.

  • Coordinate internal operations by tracking partnership deliverables, managing calendars and timelines, and facilitating cross-team collaboration.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials — including pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, and digital assets — that communicate value and prepare the team for external meetings and conferences.

  • Drive outbound email campaigns and engagement strategies to connect with existing partners and mission-aligned organizations in the education and culture sectors, selecting recipients for our annual voice tech license program and supporting their success throughout the partnership lifecycle.

  • Passion about tech-for-good, with a proven ability to build mission-aligned partnerships, critically assess applications, identify high-potential organizations, and make strategic recommendations.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across PR and comms teams to create case studies, marketing collateral, and internal/external copy that elevates the organization’s voice and connects with diverse audiences.

  • Bring strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-team collaboration using tools to streamline workflows and information sharing.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events and trade shows, supporting on-the-ground logistics and representing the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Experience developing high-impact visual materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and digital collateral that communicate value clearly and support strategic conversations with partners and stakeholders

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
