Job Summary

The Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink is responsible for providing project management and configuration services to customers. This role leads the full implementation lifecycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. The analyst will manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as liaison between clients and other MeridianLink departments. Additionally, they will educate clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the product organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients.

  • Drive client innovation and lead initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives.

  • Manage client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations, while facilitating interactions between clients and internal teams.

  • Oversee internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the deployment cycle, ensuring proactive and responsive client service.

  • Organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization, ensuring project resources meet expected timelines.

  • Proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions before they escalate.

  • Utilize SQL, Python, and scripting skills to support data analysis, automation, and configuration tasks during implementation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems.

  • Technical Skills Required:

    • SQL for data querying and reporting.

    • Python for automation and data manipulation.

    • Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for system configuration and integration tasks.

  • Team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Effective presentation skills with comfort speaking to groups remotely.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
