Our team is growing and we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team! You'll work closely with customers to address their business needs through the design and build of solutions on monday.com. In this role, you will train, advise and consult with customers to optimize their use of monday.com products during the course of an implementation project or ongoing managed services engagement. You will also be interacting with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success while planning and managing these projects!
About The Role
- Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
- Lead onboarding of new customers and expansion of existing accounts through the design and build of tailored solutions including configurations, automations, integrations, reporting, user management, and other monday.com features and functionality.
- Work with enterprise customers to solve complex business cases by defining their unique setup with monday.com and ensuring there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows
- Act as a project manager for small to medium sized projects by building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budget
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
- Provide guidance and support for the migration of data from legacy systems to monday products
- Supplement complex workflows using low-code iPaaS tools like Make.com
- Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager, technical project manager, or other technology consulting role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and other integration tools (make.com) is beneficial
- Understanding of AI and its use in streamlining work productivity is a bonus!
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
- BA or BS degree preferred
For New York based hires only: Compensation Range: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Denver may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / implementation manager / technical project management / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
- Experience in leading product implementation projects involving hands on implementation.
- Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows.
- At least 1 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
- Strong problem solving skills
