You’ll Be Responsible For…
  • Leading platform onboarding projects from kickoff through full adoption.

  • Configuring Sellfire data schema and external platform integrations and data mappings.

  • Owning client-facing project plans, timelines, and milestones.

  • Developing and delivering client training, documentation, and enablement assets.

  • Proactively identifying client risks, blockers, or gaps—and solving for them.

  • Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.

Within One Month, you’ll…

  • Complete deep product onboarding and explore how our features map to real client outcomes.

  • Shadow client calls and internal planning meetings to understand our implementation approach.

  • Review current documentation, training tools, and templates with a critical eye for improvement.

  • Begin contributing to internal process refinement.

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Lead client-facing implementation project plans and calls with confidence and ownership.

  • Diagnose client CRM environments (Hubspot, Salesforce) and design tailored data workflows.

  • Translate client current workflows, ideal state and business goals into phased, executable platform rollouts.

  • Navigate both the technical and strategic aspects of client onboarding with increasing autonomy.

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Independently manage multiple Sellfire implementations from end-to-end.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, revenue leaders, and sales reps.

  • Adapt configurations for nuanced CRM logic, data models, and sales workflows.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to surface platform needs and guide feature evolution.

What You Bring
  • Client-Facing Confidence: 2+ years client facing from executives to individuals contributor, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Project Leadership: Proven success simultaneously managing multiple complex projects, ideally involving business critical software.

  • Sales & RevOps Fluency: A deep understanding of sales workflows, the language of Sales Ops and Go-to-Market strategies.

  • CRM Exposure: Basic understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot. Bonus points if you understand how to build customs workflows, automations, objects and properties.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and manipulate data and data flows; familiarity with data tools is preferred.

  • Training & Documentation Skills: Experience creating clear training materials and delivering product or process enablement to clients or teams.

  • Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable—ready to build, not just follow, processes.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
