The Implementation Specialist coordinates client migrations to a new SaaS platform, ensuring successful implementations and high customer satisfaction through collaboration and technical expertise.
The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in orchestrating seamless transitions for clients migrating from legacy software to our new SaaS platform. This position is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring efficient and effective technical implementations. The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to understand, refine, and execute migration processes, incorporating direct feedback for continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop and execute coordinated project plans for client migrations, ensuring timely and successful implementations across the company's product suite.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality migration services aligned with market needs and competitive requirements.
- Utilize technical expertise to enhance migration processes and address challenges proactively during implementations.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize migration delivery, define testing strategies, and facilitate user acceptance and regression testing.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide troubleshooting support to other migration specialists as required.
- Assist leadership with operational activities as needed to support overall migration objectives.
- Proactively identify potential pain points or areas of friction in the migration process and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and insights throughout the migration journey, incorporating this feedback into process improvements and best practices to ensure a seamless transition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business management, or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Demonstrated technical expertise with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, systems support, database administration, or software programming.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a focus on providing timely updates to project stakeholders.
- Direct experience in the software/services solutions market, preferably within the real estate industry.
- High level of energy and commitment to team objectives, with a sense of urgency and initiative.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with change management principles and processes.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data collection, cleansing, validation, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Accounting best practices would be an asset
