About The Role

Wisdom is seeking a full cycle Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll outreach via inbound channels to schedule your own meetings, pitch dental practices on Wisdom’s service offerings, and close business. You’ll also upsell clients on add-on services to expand their scope over time.

This is a high-impact, business critical role that will report into the Sales Manager, Jack Seal. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline of independent dental offices and small group practices through inbound inquiries, paid marketing, and referrals

  • Schedule your own sales meetings in order to convert leads into qualified deals

  • Conduct sales meetings with Office Managers and Dentists

  • Progress deals through late stage pipeline to close, running scoping calls with subject matter experts as needed

  • Upsell additional services to existing customers to growth their portfolio of services

  • Leverage Gong and Hubspot to track and log progress on leads and deals

  • Partner with our marketing, onboarding, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first impression to go-live

  • Attend dental industry conferences and events locally and nationwide

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience or a combination of Sales Development Representative and Closing experience

  • Experience selling to SMB customers, dental industry preferred

  • A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding quotas

  • An ability to manage a high volume of sales tasks in an organized way using a CRM, Hubspot experience preferred

  • A growth mindset paired with a desire to receive and implement coaching and feedback
