Inbound Sales Advisor - Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads.
  • Sell USCCA memberships and related products through both phone and chat channels.
  • Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering solutions aligned with their self-defense and personal protection goals.
  • Create authentic connections while providing clear, compelling information about USCCA membership benefits.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the USCCA product suite and share relevant resources as appropriate.
  • Process product orders and memberships accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the Inbound Sales team.
  • Assist with Member Engagement (ME) lines when needed.
  • Represent and promote organizational health, culture, and Delta Defense core values in every customer interaction.

Inbound Sales Advisor - Skills/Abilities/Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Established success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to foster relationships, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles.
  • Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid training is provided for all hires.
  • Confident, dependable, and motivated by measurable success.
  • Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles. 
  • Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications. Able to seamlessly navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities. Able to quickly establish rapport with people.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.

This is a full-time 40 hour/week position, hiring for the following shift:

  • Tuesday through Saturday 12:30pm - 9:00pm (5X8), Central Time Zone

Starting hourly wage is $20.00 per hour. This role is eligible for commission.

Now hiring for a April 13th start.

We’ll start you off with a paid, required training program during your first 90 days to help you hit the ground running. Training runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Central Time, for the first 8 weeks, followed by 4 weeks on your assigned shift. We ask that you be fully available for the entire training schedule. Training is virtual for remote team members.
