Description

ECP is a market-leading SaaS solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7,500 communities. We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

Senior living is deeply under-penetrated with software and ECP is one of the largest and fastest-growing software companies in the industry. We recently raised a growth round of equity to reinvest in our product, technology, and go-to-market. Our mission is to build world-class software that improves the quality of life for seniors and improves clinical, business, compliance, and operational performance for our customers.

As an Inside SDR, you'll manage the inflow of warm leads and ensure every potential customer gets the attention they deserve. You will be the human touch at the start of the sales process (confirming meetings, conducting basic discovery, and setting up our Account Executives for success). You’ll also be a key player in optimizing our inbound calendar, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

This role reports to the Sales Development Manager and works closely with the Sales Leadership, Marketing, and the full AE team. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about great customer experiences, keep reading.

Note: this is a fully remote position.

  • Own and manage the inbound meeting calendar: schedule and confirm meetings generated through inbound requests
  • Confirm and qualify meetings automatically scheduled via marketing or website forms
  • Conduct basic discovery to understand prospect needs before handoff to AEs
  • Ensure meetings are attended and follow up when needed to reduce no-shows
  • Collaborate closely with the AE team to optimize handoff and ensure high-quality pipeline generation
  • Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in the inbound process and suggest improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing or sales development role (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple calendar inputs and workflows
  • Comfortable using existing tech stack tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoom, Outlook)
  • A proactive mindset — don’t just notice problems, solve them
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great first impression — you will be the face of ECP for new inbound requests
  • Experience in a high-velocity inbound sales environment, or experience in a fast-paced marketing environment preferred
  • Familiarity with lead routing and existing tech stack tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoom, Outlook) preferred
  • Passion for sales, and fast-paced environments
  • Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in software sales
  • Ability to write succinct, but thoughtful emails
  • High level of organization and self-motivation
  • Ability to travel at least 1-2 times per quarter, on average, for trade shows and events

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
