Inbound Sales Representative (High-Ticket Closer)

Close warm, pre-qualified inbound leads via Zoom using a scripted but conversational approach. Handle no-shows with outbound calls, update CRM and daily reports, review calls, and collaborate with marketing and fulfillment to improve conversions. Target a 25%+ close rate while working full-time U.S. hours on a commission-only basis.

Tasks
The Role
* Close warm and pre-qualified leads from Zoom calls booked on your calendar
* Follow a proven sales script while keeping a natural, conversational tone
* Understand client needs and offer the best solution to help them succeed
* Do outbound calls during no-shows
* Update CRM notes and report daily sales activities
* Collaborate with our marketing and fulfillment teams to improve conversion rates
Tools: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, GoHighLevel
What Success Looks Like
* 25%+ close rate on qualified leads
* Daily call review of your own calls
* Reporting is completed end of day without external accountability
Requirements
Your Background:
* 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting or credit stacking OR
* 2+ years of experience in a high-ticket, remote closing position in a fast-paced environment

Availability:
* 40 or more hours per week from Monday to Friday (weekends optional)
* U.S. work hours
* Remote
* Availability to travel up to 4 times per year for one week for a team offsite (expenses paid by company).
Language: English - native or close to native. No strong foreign accent.

We are a new company, which means we want the best of our industry to build our company with us. This is why we pay above industry standard. In return, we expect the highest standards for the work and full focus during work hours.
* Base commission: 20% on a $2.5k - $9k price point
* Milestone bonuses: Commission increases up to 35% for all units of a month if you hit your milestones.
* OTE (8 hrs call time / 5 days a week / 29% avg. close rate): $20,300 per month
Commission-only — but with stacked calendars + daily inbound leads. Your earning potential is capped only by discipline & skill.
