Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent 

Intermediate to Expert level troubleshooting skills on Windows 2008/R2 , IIS 7.5, SQL2008/R2, SQL 2012

Atleast 4 years of experience managing and troubleshooting IIS and/or SQL servers in a medium-to-large production environment.

Atleast 4 years of experience managing Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment

Atleast 4 years of working knowledge and experience troubleshooting application and platform faults in medium-to-large scale Windows environments

Intermediate to Expert level ability to understand the architecture of and troubleshoot large scale fault tolerant web services from end to end

Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic Administration issues like access, alerts

Good knowledge on Microsoft Monitoring tools like SCOM, MP

Experience debugging ASP.NET applications

Understanding of object-oriented development languages (C#)

Demonstrated ability to use WinDBG to debug compiled application code

Have a successful documentation, presentation and communicating effectively to clients and users.

Demonstrated ability to perform memory-leak investigations using memory leak detection tools

Qualifications

Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills

Excellent negotiation and decision making skills

Ability to work under a high pressure dynamic environment involving multiple teams

Required good knowledge in Incident management space

Excellent communication and written skills

Willingness to work on 24/7 environment
