Develop and maintain a password-protected .AI dashboard that displays near-real-time KPIs from the Identity Digital Data Warehouse. Build a single-screen executive UI with drill-down toggles, integrate TLD metrics across growth, financial, technical, and security pillars, coordinate with RSP and stakeholders, and provide on-site presence in Anguilla plus occasional travel and emergency support.
The Independent Contractor Dashboard Developer is responsible for meeting objectives to support the development of a password-protected .AI dashboard to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Using data from the Identity Digital Data Warehouse, the site will update near-real time. The project involves building this continuous update platform using a mutually agreed web framework.
The Contractor will interface with Identity Digital's Registry Service Provider (RSP) team, other Technical and Business Management personnel as needed, to fulfill the scope of services.

The Contractor will be an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Identity Digital. The Contractor retains sole discretion over the manner and means of performing the services, provided that deliverables meet the specifications set forth herein. The Contractor is free to perform services for other clients during the term of this engagement, provided no such clients are direct competitors of Identity Digital.

- Dashboard & KPI Integration
- Build a password-protected .AI dashboard utilizing data from the Identity Digital Data Warehouse to update in near-real time
- Develop the platform using a mutually agreed web framework
- Organize and display TLD metrics categorized into four core pillars:
- Registry Growth & Volume: Current domains under management (DUMs), New registrations, Growth rate (monthly, yearly), and Renewals
- Financial Performance: Gross registry income broken down by category
- Technical & Infrastructure: Top most requested .ai domains
- Security & Trust: DNS abuse statistics including phishing rates and number of domains suspended
- UI/UX Implementation
- Develop a clean, single-screen executive overview interface.
- Implement drill-down toggles allowing users to seamlessly view technical and economic data
Service Location & Schedule
- Location: Deliverables under this SOW require in-person stakeholder engagement in Anguilla. Contractor shall maintain a physical presence in Anguilla sufficient to fulfill the scope of services
- Availability: The Contractor shall ensure deliverables are coordinated with the GOA's operating schedule and with the Identity Digital Team. For mission-critical incidents, Contractor agrees to provide emergency support services at an agreed-upon hourly rate, with response times defined in Exhibit A
- Travel: Domestic and international travel may be required to support Identity Digital initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
To successfully execute this SOW, the Contractor shall maintain:
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, specifically in software development and web frameworks
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a software development related field such as Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Professionalism: High-level verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail-oriented technical competence. The Contractor shall demonstrate a track record of meeting project deadlines and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Compliance & Authorization
- Legal: The Contractor must be legally authorized to work in Anguilla and have all permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary to function as a contractor
- Ethics: Services must be performed in alignment with all applicable anti-discrimination and equal opportunity laws, as well as Identity Digital's Equal Opportunity and non-discrimination policies and training
Compensation
- Compensation starts at USD 3,466 / XCD 9,367 per month, paid monthly under a Statement of Work. Total contract value will be defined in the SOW based on duration
