About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping brands scale through influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and performance-based digital campaigns. We are looking for motivated freelancers to help us recruit, manage, and activate influencers and affiliate partners globally.

Position Overview

This is a commission-only freelance role focused on building and managing a network of influencers and affiliates. You will be responsible for outreach, relationship building, onboarding, and activation of partners who can drive real marketing results.

This is a high-performance role with uncapped earning potential for individuals who are skilled at outreach and closing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across social media platforms.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners.

  • Pitch partnership opportunities and secure sign-ups.

  • Onboard influencers and affiliates into campaigns or programs.

  • Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management.

  • Track partner activity and performance.

  • Support activation of campaigns and ensure partners are engaged.

  • Report results and updates regularly.



RequirementsRequirements
  • Strong communication and outreach skills.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.

  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in influencer or affiliate recruitment.

  • Marketing agency or freelance outreach experience.

  • Experience working with global or U.S.-based brands.

  • Existing network of influencers or creators (a plus).

Performance-Based Earnings Model
  • Commission per influencer signed

  • Commission per affiliate onboarded

  • Bonus for activated partners generating revenue

  • Additional incentives for high-performing campaigns

  • No earning cap (income based entirely on performance)

Key Performance Metrics
  • Number of influencers/affiliates contacted

  • Conversion rate (signed partners)

  • Activated partners generating revenue

  • Campaign performance contributions

  • Monthly partner growth
