The Mission

We aren't looking for a traditional PR person. We need a Growth Specialist who lives and breathes the social media ecosystem. Your job is to hunt for creators with viral "DNA," onboard them using our proprietary data tools, and manage those high-value relationships with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for someone who views social media as a 24/7 landscape and is comfortable operating at the forefront of the digital economy.

Industry experience is optional; a killer instinct is not. We are seeking either an emerging talent with an eye for the "next big thing" or an experienced professional looking to evolve. If you have the drive to master our algorithms and the communication skills to build lasting relationships, we will help you bridge the gap between your current skill set and industry excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggressive Prospecting: Proactively scout TikTok, Instagram, kick and YouTube to identify "undervalued" creators or those with high-velocity viral potential.

  • Algorithmic Integration: Work daily with our in-house algorithms to validate creator metrics and identify growth trends before they hit the mainstream.

  • High-Stakes Outreach: Execute personalized, high-conversion outreach to talent and negotiate deal structures that align with our performance goals.

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture deep, long-term connections with creators. You are their main point of contact and our brand’s primary advocate.

  • Data-Driven Retention: Use internal and external data tools to rigorously analyze ROI. You will be responsible for deciding, based on hard data, which partnerships to scale and which to sunset.

  • Global Coordination: Maintain constant communication with our internal teams to ensure creator content aligns with broader company objectives.

The Requirements
  • The "Eye": An innate ability to identify creators before they go viral. You understand the nuances of hook rates, engagement quality, and audience sentiment.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable looking at a dashboard of numbers and making cold, calculated business decisions about a partnership's viability.

  • Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to capitalize on viral moments, respond to talent needs, and coordinate with a global team.

  • Technical Proficiency: A quick learning curve for proprietary algorithmic tools and experience (or interest) in creator CRM platforms.

  • Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a massive roster of talent without losing track of the details.

  • Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem. You are comfortable navigating decentralized platforms and are familiar with the digital tools and assets that power the modern creator economy.

Operational Details
  • Location: Fully Remote.

  • Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time social media trends).

Why Join Us?

We offer more than just a remote role; we offer a masterclass in the future of the creator economy.

  • World-Class Mentorship: Receive hands-on training from industry experts. Whether you are an emerging talent or an established professional, you will sharpen your instincts using our proprietary tech.

  • Transferable Mastery: The skills you develop here, data analysis, high-level negotiation, and algorithmic trend forecasting, are among the most sought-after in the modern economy.

  • A Culture of Momentum: We excel at creating an environment where you are never stagnant. You will constantly be learning, applying new strategies, and moving forward.

  • High-Growth Upside: Join a team that values "potential over pedigree" and provides a clear runway for those who are driven to achieve excellence.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
