Your Job:

 

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist at Brooks, you will be responsible for executing influencer marketing programs and campaigns that align with the influencer marketing strategy. You will work with our Influencer Marketing Manager to ensure the success of our various influencer functions, both digital and in real life (IRL). You will work with the Influencer Marketing Manager to design campaign briefing documents, identify and vet talent, as well as maintain and build relationships with influencer and creator partners. You will take a highly organized approach to collaborating with the influencer team, 3rd party agencies, and cross-channel stakeholders on a variety of seasonal activations and campaigns. You will keep the team aware of the latest trends on social media and pop culture, helping the channel build awareness with key growth audiences.

 

This role is responsible for executing influencer programs that drive awareness and purchase intent, with a strong focus on retail performance and local market activation. You will work closely with the Retail Marketing team and regional leads to leverage influencers in support of store traffic, retail campaigns, and key moments across priority markets. You will also support the Influencer Marketing team and execute select special projects with creators that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a marketer who is execution focused, detail oriented, and excited to leverage influencers to drive performance and commerce.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Assist Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist on product seeding execution including talent search and discovery, product selection, and tracking in partnership with internal and agency teams.
    • Contribute to mid- and post-campaign reporting with performance analysis to inform optimization and future programming.
    • Align cross-functionally with Marketing teams to provide input and consultation on projects that include influence talent for other teams.
    • Develop and action on project campaign timelines and schedules; use best judgment to revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and campaign requirements.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with the Brooks brand and growth targets.
    • Attend IRL influencer activations, providing on-site support to Influencer Marketing team.
    • Foster and build relationships with leaders across the company to support smooth design and execution of influencer programming.
    • Stay abreast of influencer and industry standards to identify and propose new opportunities and platforms.
    • Other responsibilities as required.
    • Retail Influencer Lead

      • Partner closely with the Retail Marketing team to support influencer activations tied to retail campaigns and key account influencer activations.
      • Execute influencer strategy for retail campaigns, store openings, and key regional moments, spanning planning, creator selection, and on-the-ground activation.
      • Identify creators who are locally relevant and well positioned to influence purchase behavior within priority markets.
      • Special Projects

        • Execute select creator-led special projects that support influencer channel objectives, such as creator and artist storytelling, identifying talent opportunities attached to cultural moments, or other test-and-learn initiatives.
        • Oversee briefing, coordination, content review, and execution to ensure brand aligned storytelling and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations (PR), Communications, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
    • 1+ years of experience in influencer/creator management or influencer marketing, preferably for a consumer brand
    • Solid understanding of major social and video platforms (i.e., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including how creators drive discovery, engagement, and conversion, with an eye for new and emerging platforms of influence
    • Experience collaborating with Retail, eCommerce, or Integrated Marketing teams is a plus
    • Experience working with agencies, creators, or external partners preferred
    • Ability to prioritize work and projects
    • Attention to detail, organized, and able to multi-task across detailed projects
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to function in a team environment and make positive contributions
    • Clear and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with comfort working in spreadsheets, decks, and reporting documents
    • Experience supporting local community or retail driven projects is a plus
    • Experience working with national accounts and specialty running retailers is a plus

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $28.57 - $40.02 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
