About the role

The Invoice Management Specialist is responsible for validating carrier invoices, ensuring billing accuracy, and resolving documentation discrepancies in a timely manner. This role supports transportation operations by maintaining precise financial documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and preventing repeat billing issues through process improvements.

What you'll do

  • Validate carrier invoices against lane rates and SLA rules.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies on time.
  • Review transportation documents and maintain proper billing records.
  • Coordinate with finance, carriers, and operations to close billing issues.
  • Support process improvements to prevent repeat billing errors.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance support, or transportation documentation.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with billing validation workflows.
  • High attention to detail and good understanding of transportation documents.
