This is a 100% remote position

About your new role:


We are seeking a driven Inside Channel Account Manager with at least 3 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably within Telecom, SaaS, or IT sectors. This role focuses on developing, managing, and growing relationships within our channel partner ecosystem to drive revenue and maximize market share. 


The ideal candidate has an inside sales background with a proven ability to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and partner engagement to closing business. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products, solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing partner enablement, training, and support to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing insights that align with their business goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and sales leadership to drive channel success.


What you'll need for success:


  • Minimum 3 years of full life cycle selling experience, including prospecting, presenting, and closing.
  • Proven inside sales experience; experience working with channel partners or in a partner-driven sales environment preferred.
  • Background in Telecom, SaaS, or IT industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and partner-driven sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard sales tools.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. In addition, employees are eligible for commissions based on sales performance. Commissions are paid as a one-time payment equal to 50% of the Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) on Commissionable Services. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $110,000+ annually.
