Are you ready to make a lasting impact on people's lives while revolutionizing the consumer healthcare industry? Better Health is on a mission to disrupt the $80 billion home medical supply sector by offering an all-encompassing care solution. We combine peer support, coaching, education, and convenient home delivery of medical supplies to help individuals address their chronic conditions effectively.

As an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist at Better Health, you’ll play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, service, and healthcare operations. You’ll engage directly with cold leads, patients, and providers to drive enrollment, manage referrals, and ensure a seamless customer journey from first call to delivery of care.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls on a dialer, answering questions, building trust, and guiding them through their insurance benefits.

  • Understand and respond to patient needs, highlighting Better Health’s unique value.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience throughout (think Case Coordinator)

  • Resolve issues cross-functionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and a positive care experience.

  • Track tasks and follow-ups using ticketing systems and manual processes, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in outbound or consultative sales and patient-facing healthcare roles.

  • Are confident in navigating challenging conversations and skilled at overcoming objections with empathy and clarity.

  • Have worked in a healthcare or DME setting, and have experience with medical referrals, supplies, or provider coordination.

  • Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can flex between roles as needed.

  • Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball, and bring a five-star service mindset to everything you do.

  • Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Suite, Slack, ticketing systems, and insurance workflows.

At Better Health, we offer:

  • Hourly pay starting at $8–$9 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

  • Performance-based commission, allowing you to directly benefit from your success.

  • Fully remote work, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you thrive.

But above all, we are united by our mission to provide information, access, and support to individuals managing chronic conditions at home. Our team values open dialogue with radical transparency, creativity to turn ideas into reality, and collaboration across teams.

If you're excited about revitalizing an $80 billion industry and are passionate about user-focused solutions, join us in our quest!
