Brightside Health delivers life-saving virtual mental healthcare to everyone who needs it. We are powered by proprietary AI, purpose-built technology, a world-class clinician network, and a care model that rivals the best of in-person treatment. When combined with precision psychiatry and leading-edge therapeutic techniques, we’re able to improve outcomes for those with mild-to-severe clinical depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other complex mental health conditions.

We take an action-oriented, purposeful approach with everything we do and seek out team members who value collaboration and thoughtful prioritization. As a result, our organization is looking for the brightest and most innovative talent in the industry. As a member of the Brightside team, you’ll collaborate with smart and driven people while growing your professional skills.

We're seeking a Partner Growth Associate to expand Brightside’s referral partnerships by generating qualified meetings, re-engaging existing accounts, and converting inbound interest into active opportunities. This role bridges business development, marketing, and partner success, ensuring that both inbound and outbound opportunities are acted on strategically. You’ll pursue new growth opportunities identified through referral data, and work with the BD field team to convert those opportunities into meaningful partnerships. You’ll also collaborate with marketing to engage Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from campaigns, events, and inbound requests - turning interest into introductions, and introductions into impact.

Join a mission-driven team that’s transforming how behavioral healthcare is delivered. In this role, every outreach, call, and connection you make helps expand access to care for those who need it most.

What you’ll be doing:

Partner Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify high-potential referral targets across hospitals, residential treatment centers, outpatient programs, and community organizations.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns (calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings with referral partners, hospitals, and treatment programs.
  • Partner with Account Manager to pursue opportunities identified through Brightside’s referral portal, data dashboards, or account insights.
  • Collaborate with BD field team to schedule strategic meetings and support follow-up outreach for new or expanding accounts.
  • Maintain consistent outreach cadence and high-quality engagement across channels to build sustainable pipeline momentum.

Marketing Collaboration & SQL Engagement

  • Work closely with marketing to engage, qualify, and convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from inbound campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach.
  • Prompt follow ups on marketing-generated leads, providing personalized communication that bridges interest to scheduled meetings.
  • Share field feedback and conversion data with marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and future campaign strategy.
  • Partner on event or campaign follow-up efforts to ensure all inbound interest is acted on and tracked in CRM.

Referral Monitoring & Re-Engagement

  • Review referral data and engagement metrics to identify accounts needing re-engagement or deeper relationship-building.
  • Conduct outreach to reintroduce Brightside’s services, share program updates, and drive renewed activity from previously active partners.
  • Support campaigns around new payer launches, state expansions, or program rollouts to re-energize dormant or low-activity accounts.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Align daily with Account Managers on account priorities, messaging, and opportunity status.
  • Coordinate with BD leadership and marketing to track campaign performance and improve partner conversion strategies.
  • Log all activity and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring transparency and accuracy across BD, Marketing, and Partner Success teams.
  • Provide consistent market feedback on partner sentiment, referral patterns, and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, outreach, or business development, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert high-quality meetings that lead to measurable growth.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams to engage and convert SQLs or campaign leads.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a consultative, empathetic approach to outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (e.g.,Outreach.io,).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and data-driven; comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel. The role is remote, with occasional travel for team meetings or key events.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: 60-80k + bonus potential
  • Fully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision)
  • Pet Insurance
  • Life Insurance & Short / Long Term Disability
  • 401k Plan
  • Unlimited PTO and sick leave
  • Parental Leave
  • Work remotely and whatever schedule works best for you
  • Additional memberships and perks

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise. If you have questions on compensation bands, please ask your recruiter.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
