Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by conducting product demonstrations, crafting tailored proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and engaging in meaningful customer conversations.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Aesthetix CRM.
  • Develop customized proposals that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Aesthetix CRM solutions.​
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in SaaS or CRM sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
