Kiddom is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients primarily through phone calls, emails, and video calls to introduce and promote Kiddom's transformative educational products and services. You Will...
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to build a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in Kiddom's educational solutions.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth conversations with potential clients to understand their educational challenges, requirements, and objectives, allowing you to tailor presentations and recommendations effectively.
- Presenting Products: Demonstrate Kiddom's innovative products and services through engaging virtual meetings, providing detailed insights into features, benefits, and how they address specific educational needs.
- Closing Sales: Skillfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless transition from prospect to valued customer.
- Educational Consultation: Serve as a trusted consultant to educators and administrators, sharing insights on educational trends and how Kiddom's solutions can enhance learning outcomes.
What we're looking for...
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in sales, particularly within K-12 education and curriculum.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft to manage customer relationships and streamline sales processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to listen, understand customer needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Educational Industry Knowledge: Insight into the education sector, with a solid understanding of the challenges and needs of educators and institutions.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
