- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major national insurance brokers and carriers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of insurance partners.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of SambaSafety's solutions to new and existing partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate closely with partners to align our services with their business practices.
- Develop joint strategies that leverage our combined strengths to drive revenue growth.
- Implement integrated solutions that enhance the partner's offerings and create new revenue streams.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, progress and forecasts.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of driver safety and compliance solutions.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the commercial auto insurance sector.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience at a major national insurance broker or carrier.
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial auto insurance landscape.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of insurance business operations and market dynamics.
