About Everist

Everist is redefining the future of hair and body care with concentrated, high-performance formulations and a deep commitment to sustainability. We are a brand built on innovation, storytelling, and community — and we’re entering our next phase of growth.

We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Director to help lead our marketing efforts and bring structure, creativity, and performance rigor to our next chapter.

The Role

This is a senior marketing role for someone who can operate at the intersection of brand and growth, equally comfortable shaping a campaign narrative and digging into performance data. Reporting into our Co-Founder / Chief Brand Officer, you’ll execute and evolve Everist’s marketing strategy across brand, content, performance, and channel initiatives.

You are brand-obsessed and data-driven. You understand beauty, and you know how to build emotional connection while keeping a close eye on measurable outcomes. You’re a strong executor who can also think strategically and you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Own

Brand & Storytelling

  • Execute and evolve Everist’s “Beauty, Undiluted” brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all touchpoints.

  • Ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance across all marketing channels and campaigns.

  • Lead integrated campaign development from concept through launch, managing timelines, partners, and deliverables.

  • Translate product innovation into compelling consumer storytelling and activations.

  • Manage relationships with external partners including PR teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

  • Support marketing readiness for retail expansion, including launch planning and go-to-market execution.

Team & Operational Leadership

  • Help build and introduce scalable marketing processes, planning frameworks, and operating rhythms.

  • Ensure cohesive storytelling across DTC, social commerce, and retail touchpoints.

  • Provide input on marketing budget allocation and investment priorities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing with broader company goals.

  • Support and mentor junior team members as the marketing team grows.

Performance & Social Commerce

  • Oversee full-funnel marketing execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Manage performance marketing across key platforms including Meta and TikTok, with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and retention.

  • Own social commerce, SEO/GEO and affiliate strategy

  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to channel strategy — identifying opportunities, running experiments, and scaling what works.

Social, Influencer & Community

  • Lead creator-led and TikTok-first content and growth initiatives.

  • Own and evolve Everist’s influencer and ambassador programs with a performance-oriented lens.

  • Drive organic social strategy to strengthen brand affinity while supporting conversion goals.

  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, creators, and cultural trends relevant to Everist’s audience.

Who You Are

  • 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, or CPG (haircare a strong plus).

  • Proven ability to balance brand building and performance marketing in a DTC or eCommerce environment.

  • Hands-on experience overseeing Meta and TikTok campaigns with meaningful budgets.

  • Strong background in influencer marketing, social commerce, and creator-led growth.

  • Excellent storyteller with a strong creative eye and experience directing creative partners.

  • Highly analytical: you’re comfortable owning budgets and making data-informed decisions.

  • Organized and execution-focused: you bring clarity and follow-through to everything you touch.

  • Experience supporting or executing retail expansions into partners such as Sephora or Ulta is a strong plus.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean, high-growth environment.
