Pay: $80K-$115K depending on experience

Job Summary:

The Integrated Marketing manager is responsible for assisting in the creation of strategic client proposals and leading the creation of RFP responses for media deals with Agency and Brand partners in the Health and Life Science space.   They will also create PowerPoint capabilities presentations for clients that represent Sharecare in the most innovative way while simultaneously ensuring that our offerings are tailored to their goals. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating customized visual mock ups of products, videos, and content for strategic growth accounts to be included in proposals and decks.

This person will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure that all brand guidelines are being met, presentations and proposals are strategic, and visuals are clean and powerful.  Additionally, they will be in charge of our social strategy for LinkedIn.  This will also include creating an ongoing calendar of posts that position Sharecare as thought leaders, innovators and advancing the future of health, tracking of interactions, and using the data to improve our performance. They will be in charge of creating a regular cadence of email marketing and deployment of all B2B emails – including list management, measuring results and ongoingly improving responses. This position oversees all Social products that Sharecare offers including SodaRX and Member Reach Social, along with all strategy for our hospital clients.  In this role the Integrated Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the creation of new products each year, that are launched to align with the ever-changing demands of our client base.   

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with the Integrated Marketing Team, sales reps on RFP responses and media proposals to develop the strategy and implementation tactics that will lead to successful campaigns
  • Create power point decks for RFP responses and sales meetings
  • Develop marketing materials to represent Sharecare in the market
  • Collaborate on new product development each year by identifying trends changes in marketplace and innovation
  • Create mockups of our offerings that are custom tailored to our clients via FIgma
  • Deploy eblasts via Empower
  • Update all materials on an ongoing basis
  • Provide reporting on proposals, competitive products and more

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ year marketing experience, pharma marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Organizational skills & ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
  • Experience in proposal creation, knowledge of digital media landscape
  • Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with a keen eye for design
  • PowerPoint expert
  • Figma, Claude and SalesForce, Empower knowledge preferred
