The Integrated Marketing Manager ensures customers experience relevant, timely, and consistent communications throughout their journey while helping turn business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. This role helps connect customer needs, brand experience, and business performance to drive sustainable growth and loyalty. A strategic, data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing programs that support business growth, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen brand engagement. This role is responsible for designing and activating integrated marketing strategies across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through retention and renewal. The Integrated Marketing Manager will partner closely with Distribution, Product, Digital, Customer Experience, Analytics, Creative, and external agency partners to deliver cohesive campaigns that improve customer outcomes and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing customer-centric strategies, managing complex campaign execution, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across teams to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Journey Strategy & Management, Lifecycle Marketing, Integrated Campaign Management, Cross-channel Activation, Partner Marketing, Campaign Measurement & Performance, Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Develop and maintain integrated marketing strategies that support key customer journey stages, including awareness, consideration, purchase, onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, and advocacy.
Partner with Customer Experience, Analytics, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs, friction points, and opportunities to improve engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Translate customer insights into actionable marketing plans that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
Ensure consistent messaging and experience across customer touchpoints and channels.
Lead lifecycle marketing programs designed to increase customer engagement, retention, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
Design and execute onboarding communications that help new customers understand their coverage, services, and value of their relationship with PEMCO.
Develop member communication strategies that support policy renewals and encourage long-term customer loyalty.
Create targeted retention campaigns to proactively address customer needs and reduce attrition
Continuously evaluate lifecycle performance and optimize programs based on customer behavior and business outcomes.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns supporting business, product, and customer initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional campaign development across owned, earned, paid, and partner channels.
Ensure campaign plans include clear objectives, audience strategies, messaging frameworks, channel tactics, measurement approaches, and timelines.
Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling campaign assets that align with PEMCO's brand standards.
Manage marketing activation across channels including: email, digital and paid media, social media, website and digital experiences, direct mail, agent and partner communications, in-app or customer account experiences, internal communication channels, when appropriate.
Ensure channel strategies work together to create seamless customer experiences and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Optimize channel mix based on audience behavior, campaign objectives, and performance data.
Serve as a key marketing partner to Distribution, agency, affinity, and business partners.
Develop co-marketing and partner marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Collaborate with partner stakeholders to align goals, messaging, campaign execution, and measurement.
Support the development of marketing resources and communication tools that help partners effectively represent the PEMCO brand.
Establish campaign KPIs and success metrics aligned to business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness using performance data and customer insights.
Develop recommendations to improve performance through audience targeting, messaging, channel optimization, and customer journey enhancements.
Create executive-ready performance reports and presentations that communicate campaign impact and business outcomes.
Partner with analytics teams to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with Product, Distribution, Customer Experience, Digital, Brand, Creative, Communications, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across initiatives.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources to support successful campaign execution.
Champion a culture of testing, learning, customer-centered decision-making, and results-driven marketing.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5-8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines is required
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement is required
Experience developing customer journey or lifecycle marketing programs is required
Strong understanding of CRM, segmentation, customer engagement, and retention strategies is required
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action is required
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills are required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is required
Experience in insurance or another highly regulated industry is preferred
Experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience frameworks is preferred
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is preferred
Experience supporting partner, channel, or affinity marketing programs is preferred
Experience working with customer analytics and performance reporting tools is preferred
MS Office: Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is required
Customer First: Has a relentless focus on the customer and dives deep into the challenges they face with a strong customer service orientation is required
- Team Player: Is responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, building effective working relationships and partnerships with internal partners, customers, and vendors
Compensation:
The pay range for this role is shown below. Compensation decisions are determined based on an individual’s qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Greater Seattle area target pay range: $127,971 - $156,409. The full pay range is $106,643 - $177,738.
- Outside Greater Seattle area target pay range: $112,937 - $138,035. The full pay range is $94,115 - $156,857.
Greater Seattle Area is defined as working within approximately 100 miles of Seattle.
Outside Greater Seattle is defined as working approximately 100 miles or more from Seattle.
Benefits:
Regular part-time PEMCO employees working at least 24 hours per week and regular full-time PEMCO employees are eligible to elect coverage under medical, dental, and vision plans for themselves and their eligible family members with generous employer premium cost shares.
