  • Apply audience segmentation and journey mapping to create cohesive experiences across digital communications, content and events.
  • Own program measurement, including attendance quality, engagement metrics, follow-up conversion and insights reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders, creative teams, production resources and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned programs.
  • Build and engage communities where relevant to support program objectives and ongoing audience engagement.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools, agents and workflow integrations to enhance marketing and communications processes and improve efficiency.
  • Where required, provide guidance and quality assurance to team members and lead event teams during onsite delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5-12+ years of experience in event delivery and/or marketing program management.
  • Proven experience leading complex marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement and optimization.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
